Less repetitive administration
A full week created a high volume of recurring work across bookings, guest details, preparation, messages, and payments.
Client platform · Case study
Built from close observation of the residential experience, the platform turns a fully booked week of moving parts into a clearer system, giving Seamus more time with guests and less time managing administration.
Illustrative previewAbout the business
Behind every Bootcamp stay is a detailed operating rhythm: applications, availability, guest preparation, training, nutrition, payment, communication, staff coordination, and client support. When Seamus was delivering a fully booked week, much of that moving work sat with him.
What needed to change
When the Bootcamp was fully booked, Seamus was carrying a large amount of recurring administration himself: availability, payments, guest details, programme preparation, messages, and the decisions that keep each stay moving. The work was repetitive but still needed care, taking time away from the people in front of him.
A full week created a high volume of recurring work across bookings, guest details, preparation, messages, and payments.
The team needed the details of a guest journey and the work behind it to be easier to follow across the entire stay.
Automation had to remove avoidable admin without replacing the personal guidance that guests rely on from Seamus and the team.
The RivCor response
Before designing the platform, Seamus detailed the reality of each stage and we experienced the Bootcamp first-hand. That immersion let us map the flow around the actual stay, not an abstract admin process, and automate the repeatable work while keeping the personal parts of the experience in Seamus's hands.
We mapped the service from the inside out, then built a connected operating platform around the actual sequence of a guest stay. Repeatable work is now brought into one clearer flow, so the team can focus more of their attention on delivery, coaching, and support.
Designed around people
For guests
Secure a place, choose dates from live availability, complete key details, and access the information that prepares them for the experience.
For staff
Training, nutrition, sessions, messages, and client context are easier to coordinate around the people receiving the service.
For Seamus and administration
Applications, bookings, availability, payments, client progress, and communication are brought into a more dependable operational view.
Key capabilities
The details are shaped around the people, context, and business need behind the work, not added simply because they are available.

Draft example feedback · awaiting client approval
“Before the platform, a fully booked week meant I was constantly managing admin alongside the people in front of me. Now the repeatable work is automated and I save at least 20 hours in a fully booked week. That gives me more time to focus on clients and the quality of their experience.”
